Biography:

Chris Strang is a founding partner of the firm and specializes in business litigation and construction law. Prior to his law practice, he served as a Project Coordinator for a construction contracting firm in New York for several years before attending the Boston University School of Law. This has given him an in-depth understanding of issues surrounding the construction arena.

From 2005-2010 Mr. Strang practiced exclusively construction litigation at a boutique Boston firm. He represented clients through all phases and forms of dispute resolution including bid protests at the Attorney General’s office, mediations, arbitrations and first-chairing at trial.

Attorney Strang has represented parties at all tiers of the construction industry, including material suppliers, equipment lessors, subcontractors, general contractors, developers, owners, public awarding authorities, and home improvement contractors. Outside of the construction field he has represented manufacturers, distributors, restaurant owners, condominium associations, financial services providers, clothing companies, pharmaceutical companies, commercial landlords and tenants, wedding vendors and venues, software developers, bar associations, and a variety of small business owners.

Chris has served as co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Boston Bar Association. He is very active in the Boston University School of Law Alumni Association, where he has served in every office through President. He regularly lectures at the BU School of Law.

Mr. Strang was selected as a New England Super Lawyer – Rising Star by his peers in each year from 2009 through 2013, and a New England Super Lawyer every year since 2014. He was also honored with the Massachusetts Lawyers’ Weekly “Excellence in the Law” award in 2015. Mr. Strang is also active within the Boston Bar Association and is part of the BBA Solo & Small Firm Forum Committee.
