Attorney Eisenberg has been in the practice of law for over 45 years. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in Boston and the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He was a partner in Cosgrove, Eisenberg Kiley, P.C., and now with CEK Quincy, P.C. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and construction law. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and past State Chair of that organization. Attorney Eisenberg is a Brandeis Life Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and a past Trustee of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. Lew has extensive trial experience in the state courts of the Commonwealth and the federal court in Boston. His office has done substantial work for the Arbella Insurance group for over 25 years and also has an extensive plaintiff practice in personal injury matters. He is a certified mediator in the Commonwealth. Representing clients, he has handled well over 150 cases in mediation on both plaintiff and defense cases.
