Katzman, Mitchell, Esq.
Mitch Katzman has an incredibly extensive litigation background, encompassing both plaintiff and defense work. He started out with the Boston firm of Rainer, Burkly and Levine in the 1980’s, doing primarily plaintiff side personal injury and criminal matters. From there Mitch went on to do insurance defense work for the next decade, first for Sentry/Middlesex Insurance at the Law Office of Larry McAuliffe, then for CNA, where he served as senior trial attorney at the Law Office of F.J. McDonald. In 1999, he became a founding member of Katzman & Katzman, P.C., a litigation firm specializing in personal injury law. Mitch currently handles a caseload that is about 80% plaintiff representation. His well-rounded background and quick grasp of relevant issues have made him a respected arbitrator in the Boston area.
