Bagley, John G., Esq.
For over 30 years, John Bagley has litigated cases in both State and Federal courts. He handles matters in many areas of law including professional liability, medical and dental malpractice, product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, abuse and molestation claims, construction and commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and employment litigation.
John is currently a partner at Morrison Mahoney and handles complex and multi-party litigation. He was designated a “Super Lawyer” by Boston Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He sat on the Board of Editors on Mass Lawyers Weekly from 1999-2002 and is also a past President of the Hampden County Bar Association.
As a mediator, John specializes in complex matters in a variety of subject areas and has an impressive record of settlements with over a 90% success rate. He also sits as a single arbitrator and has served on three-member panels. He recently sat as a party-appointed arbitrator on a 50 million dollar property damage claim.
