Case Closed offers a list of respected attorneys and
retired judges throughout all of Massachusetts and
Connecticut, all of whom have experience in various
areas of the law. Case Closed can assist you in
selecting the Neutral most suited to your needs.

There are many ways in which Case Closed can help you choose the best Neutral for your situation. We can contact opposing counsel and discuss utilizing alternate dispute resolution in general, or help propose some possible Neutrals. We can also generate lists of Arbitrators or Mediators appropriate for a particular situation and send them to representatives for both sides of the dispute, so that they can "rank" the Neutrals in order of preference. Occasionally, both sides will look over the entire list and suggest a few possible choices that they each would be comfortable with. We can then identify any names that are mutually agreeable.
Cases can be heard at our main office in Framingham, at one of our many satellite offices, or at a location of your choice. Most Neutrals will travel to hear cases. Feel free to contact us for specific distances a Mediator or Arbitrator will travel.
