Closed
Case Closed is a provider of mediation and arbitration
services that was formed in 2005 to service the Massachusetts legal
community. We offer a panel of over 50 Attorneys and retired Judges
to help make finding an arbitrator or mediator an easier process.
Case Closed was formed by owner David F. Babik, after seven
years of experience as a case manager at ADR/Equimar Inc., a Boston
ADR firm. David has been a member of the Mass Bar, since 1987 and
a trained mediator since 1995. His real area of expertise is helping
parties in a dispute choose the right process and neutral for their
case. Case Closed takes an active interest in each situation and strives
to give our clients the best service possible to fit their particular
needs.
