 Case Closed, a mediation and arbitration services provider, was formed in 2005 to service the Massachusetts legal community. We offer a panel of over 50 Attorneys and retired Judges to help make finding an arbitrator or mediator an easier process.
David F. Babik formed Case Closed after seven years of experience as a case manager for
ADR/Equimar Inc., a
Boston ADR firm. David has been a member of the
Mass Bar since 1987 and a trained mediator since
1995. His real area of expertise is helping parties
to a dispute choose the right process and Neutral
for their case. Case Closed takes an active interest
in the each situation and strives to give our clients
the best service possible to fit their particular
